That is the work. Plain, patient, collective.
Start with 2–3 hours a week or two rota shifts a month.
You’ll get an onboarding pack, shadow time, and a buddy for your first month.
Supervision is light and regular with clear escalation routes.
Local travel for rota shifts is covered. Tell us access needs and we’ll adapt.

Do I need legal training? Not necessarily, it depends on your role. We value clear writing, calm notes and care. Training provided.
Can I help remotely? Yes. Many tasks are hybrid; some rota roles are in‑person.
Are expenses covered? Local travel for rota shifts is covered. Ask about childcare support.
How do you handle data? We collect the minimum: email + basics for onboarding. No case details. We never sell or share your data.
