Everyone is welcome.
Refugees and asylum seekers. Local residents. People wanting to learn Arabic or English. Anyone who believes in collective care and mutual empowerment.
No tests, no fees, no bureaucracy. Just people learning together, protecting each other, and breaking bread.
When people can speak, they can organise.
When people know their rights, they can resist.
When people share food, they build community that cannot be evicted or deported.
Our classes are one small act in a larger struggle for freedom and dignity - a reminder that solidarity tastes like home-cooked food and sounds like conversation across difference.
We run sessions weekly in Newcastle.
