Fundraising & Partnerships Officer (Hybrid)

What the Role Involves

You’ll develop fundraising and partnership strategies that align with our values. You’ll help us raise money in ways that centre dignity, consent, and political integrity - and build meaningful relationships with allies who share our vision.

Key Responsibilities

• Writing grant applications and funding proposals
• Coordinating with donors, supporters, and funders
• Developing creative grassroots fundraising campaigns
• Building partnerships with aligned orgs and movements
• Ensuring all fundraising reflects our values

Skills & Qualities Needed

• Strong writing and communication skills
• Strategic thinking and attention to ethical funding sources
• Comfort with admin, spreadsheets, and tracking goals
• Grounded in abolitionist, anti-oppressive values
