You’ll support recruitment, onboarding, and retention of our volunteers – ensuring people feel welcomed, supported, and politically aligned with our work. You’ll hold care and coordination practices that keep the collective strong and accountable.
• Managing applications and interview processes
• Hosting onboarding calls and training new volunteers
• Coordinating team roles and communications
• Supporting peer check-ins and wellbeing structures
• Helping resolve conflicts with collective accountability
• People with experience in HR, organising, or mutual aid
